The Platform is an intermediary

We provide a marketplace and the tools around it — search, scheduling, a video classroom, messaging and payment handling. We do not provide the teaching ourselves. Teachers are independent providers responsible for the content, quality, accuracy and delivery of their lessons.

No guarantee of results

Learning outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the effort of the student and the approach of the teacher. We do not guarantee any particular educational result, grade, level of progress, or examination outcome.

Teacher information and verification

Profiles, qualifications, experience and reviews are provided by teachers and other users. While we review teachers before they go live and offer optional verification badges, we cannot independently guarantee every claim. You are responsible for deciding whether a teacher is right for you, and a free trial is a good way to check.

Educational and religious content

Lessons — including Quran, Tajweed, Hifz and other religious or academic subjects — reflect the knowledge and interpretation of the individual teacher. Such content is not endorsed by, or the responsibility of, the Platform, and should not be taken as the only authoritative source.

Not professional advice

Content on the Platform and in lessons is for general educational purposes and is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. Seek a qualified professional where such advice is needed.

Third-party services

The classroom, payments and related features rely on third-party providers. We are not responsible for outages, changes or issues originating from those providers, though we work to minimise disruption.

Availability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or from lessons booked through it. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including in relation to safety.
