Treat teachers, students and staff with courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech and threatening behaviour are not tolerated.

Keep it on the Platform

Keep communication, lessons and payments on the Platform. This protects both parties, keeps our escrow and refund guarantees enforceable, and is why our messaging filters personal contact details.

Be honest

• Reviews must reflect genuine, completed lessons.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your qualifications.
• Do not manipulate ratings or search results.

Protect privacy and safety

Do not share other people's personal information, and report any behaviour that puts a learner — especially a child — at risk.

Consequences

Breaking these guidelines can lead to warnings, content removal, strikes, or suspension of your account.
