Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to change or cancel a lesson.

Rescheduling

You can ask to reschedule a lesson before it starts, subject to the teacher's availability. Rescheduling keeps your payment held in escrow against the new time.

Cancelling a lesson

• Cancel within the cancellation window shown at the time of booking for a refund (see our Refund Policy).
• Cancellations made after that window may be subject to the individual teacher's terms.

Teacher-initiated changes

If a teacher needs to cancel, you will be notified and offered a reschedule or a full refund.

Lesson packages

Where a teacher offers a lesson package, unused lessons remain available to redeem until any expiry date shown at the time of purchase.

No-shows

If you do not attend a booked lesson without cancelling, the lesson may be treated as delivered under the teacher's policy. If a teacher does not attend, you are refunded in full.
